About
Stephanie Reef is devoted to helping those who have struggled to regain their health, financial independence and living their purpose, just as she once did. She reminds us that all imbalance, such as illness, addiction, poverty, and failure, begins in the mind. Illness is only ill thoughts, WORDS, and actions that have manifested into the physical realm. As a metaphysician and writer, Stephanie teaches how using spoken and written WORDS can affect the environment in which we live. She has written several simple and easy-to-read books on the power of our WORDS through affirmations, prayers, mantras, and even songs.
As a Clairvoyant and Mystic, Stephanie can see, feel, and hear beyond this physical world. Her out-of-body experiences (OBE) have led her to the many levels of Hell and Heaven. She reminds us that we create our own Heaven or Hell and that all beliefs and religions lead to the same thing: freeing the mind. Stephanie practices and embraces all spiritual avenues and is not aligned with any particular religion or belief system. Stephanie is a native of Denver, Colorado, and resides in Malibu, California. As a former fitness trainer who enjoys hiking and running, Stephanie teaches and practices exercise visualization and fitness affirmations that can take the body to the next

What is Health?
At its core, health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It encompasses a holistic approach to maintaining balance and harmony in one's life. Good health allows individuals to live vibrant, fulfilling lives, enabling them to pursue their passions and contribute positively to their communities.
Cultivating health involves nurturing the body through nutritious food, regular exercise, and adequate rest, alongside caring for the mind with mindfulness, stress management, and emotional support from loved ones. Ultimately, health is a dynamic and personal journey, unique to each individual, shaped by a multitude of factors including genetics, environment, lifestyle, and access to healthcare resources.
Health is more than just taking care of oneself, it's a mindset. It influences how we handle all areas of life. This includes caring for our mental and emotional health, building positive relationships, and doing activities that bring joy. A healthy mindset involves resilience, balance, self-compassion, and personal growth. It empowers us to live intentionally and align with our values and goals.

All Sickness and Poverty Begin in the Mind
“All disease originates in the mind. Nothing appears on the body unless there is a mental pattern corresponding to it.” ― Joseph Murphy, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.
The body is a direct reflection of your inner dialogue; every cell responds to your thoughts and words. Most diseases are a direct result of not feeling worthy along with hatred for the self and others. When we are misaligned due to our negative feelings, this creates imbalance within the physical body thus manifesting physical illness and disease. Nothing is inherited accept for the mindset and beliefs. If you believe in illness and disease, then you have a greater potential of creating within.
Our beliefs and habits begin with our thoughts, which lead to our actions. Our beliefs and habits begin with our thoughts, which lead to our actions. Incurable is Only in Your Mind
In the Bible, "incurable" generally means a condition or situation that is beyond human remedy or impossible to fix using worldly means. Rather than just a medical diagnosis, the term is frequently used to symbolize the depth of human sin and point to the need for divine intervention. When the Bible labels a situation "incurable," it emphasizes the limitations of human skill, medicine, or worldly wisdom. This concept is used to show that without living God's Law (Universal Laws), a person or a nation remains hopeless.
By establishing that certain diseases or spiritual conditions are incurable, the text sets the stage to demonstrate God's ultimate power. Both the Old and New Testaments emphasize that what is impossible for humans is possible for God. In Mark 2:17 , Jesus states, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." This metaphorical use of sickness and healing underscores the spiritual condition of humanity and the necessity of divine intervention for true healing.
When we are not living our authentic truth, we feel less than, which can lead to wrong thinking or diseased thoughts about the truth. And what is truth? "Ye are gods!"
